Update V1.03 (Big Announcement)

Hi! Update V1.03 is out! Not a lot of changes here, but it does come with a big announcement!

- made some platforms in Level 5.2 slightly more challenging

- added more coins to Level 5.4

- tweaked Level 6.4 so it will hopefully be less broken

- Every level now appears in the game window (cuz let's be honest, I don't think index.html was cutting it)

and for the big announcement, the game is now FREE! this includes the soundtrack!
